Service Packages

Rum Runners Service Package

4 hours (50 – 75 guests) $10 dollars per person expected at the event. $40hr for the bartender. $20hr for backback **Do not list prices on the website.
You provide the alcohol, mixers, garnish, straws, napkins, cups and ice.
We deliver professional bartending service with refined presentation and optional curated enhancements.

Package Includes:

  • One-hour consultation
  • One TABC-certified bartender
  • Bar setup and breakdown (last call 30 minutes prior to event conclusion)
  • Professional bartending tools
  • Cohesive bar décor

Additional staffing required for 100+ guests
(One bartender per 75 guests)

(Any event with more than 75 guests will require one barback as well as the bartender.)
Excludes: alcohol, mixers, garnish, bar consumables and coolers.

Rum Runners Plus Package

4 – 5 hours (up to 100+ guests)  $13 dollars per person expected at the event. $40hr for the bartender. Barback included in cost**Do not list prices on the website.
You provide the alcohol.

We provide bartending service to include mixers, garnish, straws, napkins, cups, ice and thoughtfully styled bar presentation.

Package Includes:

  • Everything in the Rum Runners Service Package
  • Two TABC-certified bartenders
  • Ice and coolers
  • Tables, if required

Additional staffing required for 150+ guests
(One bartender per 75 guests)
Excludes: alcohol

Rum Runners Complete Package

4 – 6 Hours (up to 100 guests)  $15 dollars per person expected at the event. $40hr for the bartender. Barback included in cost **Do not list prices on the website.
You provide the alcohol.
We curate and execute a fully appointed bar experience, complete with professional bartending service,
premium consumables, mixers, and bespoke bar styling tailored to your event design.

Package Includes:

  • Everything in the Rum Runners Plus Package
  • Custom bar menu designs
  • Premium garnish and mixer selection
  • Elevated, bespoke bar styling curated to your event’s aesthetic
  • Tables, if required

Additional staffing required for 150+ guests
(One bartender per 75 guests)
Excludes: alcohol.
(Barbacks may be utilized if a second bartender is not necessary for certain events and their cost is included in the plus and complete packages. Bartenders make an hourly rate on top of event pricing.
