Due to Texas state regulations, we are not permitted to supply alcohol. However, we’re happy to help you plan exactly what to purchase. We can provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count, drink preferences, and event style to make sure you have everything needed for a smooth and well-stocked bar.

Depending on the package you select, we provide professional bartenders, a portable bar setup, all necessary bar tools, mixers, garnishes, and the expertise to craft delicious cocktails for your guests. Our goal is to deliver a fun, seamless bar experience so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Yes! We proudly travel to serve events. Travel within 30 miles of our service areas is included in most packages. Events outside of that range may include a travel fee depending on distance. Contact us with your event location and we’ll be happy to discuss availability and travel details.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. Please note that the final payment becomes non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled event.

Yes. Rum Runners is fully insured with both general liability and liquor liability coverage for your protection and peace of mind. Our bartenders are also TABC certified, ensuring responsible and professional alcohol service at every event.

Our mobile bartending services can accommodate events of many sizes, from small private gatherings to large celebrations. When you contact us, we’ll discuss your guest count and recommend the right package and number of bartenders to ensure fast, professional service throughout your event.

Most events book bar service for 3–5 hours, but we can customize the service time to match your event schedule. If you need additional time, we can easily extend service when booking.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the event to set up the mobile bar, organize supplies, and prepare for service. This ensures everything is ready to go when your guests arrive.
